The room was large, clean, and easy access to the train station. Street noise disrupted our sleep.

it offers convenient location adjacent to bus/train station. the rooms are brand-new and great-sized and they have a sofa bed, central heating, and tea/coffee making equipment. all the staff members are very very helpful and excellent.

Positive, The location was perfect, just a 3-minute walk from the train station. The room was spacious, clean, and equipped with everything including a kettle and snacks. Check-in was smooth and we even got an early check-in. Super nice experience overall 😊

We had the most just perfect few days there. We loved the central location and how reasonably clean the place was kept. The place had a quiet atmosphere. The service was excellent, including the good onsite restaurant.

i booked a room with an exceptionally comfortable bed, a seating area, a writing table, and a couch. private bathrooms, that included a bidet, were cleaned daily.

The vibes in this spot were really chill. We had a large and clean room. We appreciated that it was a quick walk to some iconic spots like the Aquarium of Genoa and the Royal Palace Museum, both just around 20 minutes away on foot. The air conditioning did the trick in the warm weather, but we did have some trouble with the water pressure during our stay. It was decent for our short visit exploring the city.

I expected better facilities, such as more electrical plugs!!! The air conditioning units were somewhat noisy, hard to enjoy the peace. I was left with no umbrella during the rain!!!
